These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Meridian (the "Service"), including the Meridian app and this website. By joining the waitlist, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Meridian captures commitments and information from channels you connect — such as email, voice memos, notes, the share sheet, and Siri — and routes them to Apple-native apps (Reminders, Calendar, Notes). The Service is currently in pre-release (TestFlight) and is provided for evaluation. Features, availability, and pricing may change.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your use of the Service and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

You retain ownership of the content you capture. How we handle personal information — including Meridian's on-device-by-default, strip-then-call, and audit-logging architecture — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you join the waitlist, you provide your email address so we can notify you about availability. We will not sell your email address. You can ask us to remove it at any time (see Contact).
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Meridian and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding. Apple, App Store, Siri, iCloud, Reminders, Calendar, and Notes are trademarks of Apple Inc.; references to them describe interoperability and do not imply endorsement.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Meridian is an assistant; it does not guarantee that every commitment is captured or routed without error. You remain responsible for your own obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
